We also like the high page yields of the DocuPrint CPb’s toner. After at least four more phone calls and being told a different story each time, I asked to speak to the supervisor who did apologise for the ‘stories’ the staff had told me. I was in two minds about purchasing this printer having read “terrible” review. Also have tested dry, wet days to see if humidity affects performance, no difference. It has been 4 years, no problems so far.

Pros Low initial cost Good black text quality. I decided to take it back to ALDI who refunded the money for the printer immediately, bless them.

The print quality is great. It has refused to work with Windows. Mar 4 Years, still running strong! They told me the raison is that the network is not compatible with the printer.
I bought it to airprint and now I have to connect my computer to a cable to print. I did not chuck the machine, I printrr with it and managed to get it going again.
Customer service not great either. Before the 2nd lot of cartridges were empty the page pick failed.
Cons Slow first page out time Colour print quality could be better. Black printing is significantly faster as we managed just over ten pages per minute. I have now had 6 months of excellent operation and would recommend it to anyone who wants an entry level colour printer. Constant paper jams on multiple page xerrox.

When it did print, the print colour quality was excellent!
Was this review helpful? Even works fine with non genuine ink, which can be bought around 30 dollars a cartridge. Once the printer gets up to speed you can expect a colour page every ten seconds or so, so longer print runs at normal printing quality have an average colour printing speed of just under six pages a minute.
You get what you pay for. Very happy with purchase price, but original cartridges life was poor. Very frustrating to use. The main hindrance to running off a couple of pages with the Fuji Xerox DocuPrint CPb is the long wait for the first page out.
I decided that I had no faith whatsoever in Xerox and declined the offer. Chas73 posted on Feb 06, Aug Unit has difficulty picking up the paper or envelope from the paper tray.
